I started seeds with great enthusiasm back in late February, early March ... and then it was over. Here, you can see that the main garden, save one lonely artichoke plant, is totally gone. The tomatoes, tomatillos, peppers, beans, etc.
Here's a current look at my main garden ... yes, for those who haven't seen it in a while, the cute white picket fence is gone ... it lasted ten years but then started to rot and it had to go... :(
Here in the Pacific Northwest, the general rule of thumb is to wait until Mother's Day weekend. By then, you can be fairly sure that all danger of heavy frost is passed.
LOTS of tomatoes are coming in now, and some are starting to turn.

It’s officially on now … the main garden is planted. I’m doing something wild and different this year. Those of you who follow my gardens know that I have tons of tomatoes in this garden. Well, time to give it a rest.
