Corn Casserole

1 can drained whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
4 heaping tbs. all purpose flour
2 tbs.. sugar
1/4 cup of diced green pepper
1 cup milk (okay to substitute with Almond or Cashew milk)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (okay to substitute with Daiya cheese)
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. 20 min
