2 lbs ground beef
3 tsp minced garlic
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup beef broth
1/3 cup olive oil
2 1/2 cups of water
30 ounces of tomato sauce
30 ounces chopped tomatoes
1 tbs Italian seasoning
1 tbs Adobo seasoning
3 bay leaves
1 tbs seasoned salt
1/2 tbs black pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat and remove before fully cooked.
Add garlic, onions and olive oil and let set until meat is fully cooked.
Add water, broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce and all seasonings. Mix together well.
Lower heat and cook covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add in the uncooked macaroni and stir well, combining all ingredients.
Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove bay leaves. Mix in cheddar cheese until melted. When serving, add mozarella cheese over the top.
