Sourdough Pizza Crust

1 cup milk
1 tsp yeast
2 tbs warm water (105F)
1 1/2 cup starter
1 1/2 tbs salt
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs vegetable oil
3-4 cups flour

Heat milk almost to a boil but DO NOT BOIL! Allow milk to set 10 minutes to cool. Sprinkle yeast over cooled milk to soften. Let sit five minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine starter, salt, sugar, oil, and cooled milk/yeast mixture. Stir in flour until stiff.

Turn out on floured surface. Knead at LEAST 10 minutes, or until dough is smooth and elastic. Place in oiled bowl, turn to coat with oil, and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise two hours or until doubled.

Divide into 3 or 4 pieces. Roll out to desired size. Add toppings. Bake at 425F or 450F 20 to 25 minutes, or until brown.
